Consent to Personal Data processing

By submitting this Consent to Personal Data processing through the website of Rye, Man & Gor (www.rmg.ru), an individual - the subject of personal data (hereinafter referred to as SPD) expresses and confirms:
1) granting the Consent to his/her own Personal Data processing to the Rye, Man & Gor Securities (hereinafter - Rye, Man & Gor);
2) belonging personally to him the Personal Data transferred through the website of Rye, Man & Gor;
3) that the Consent is given freely of their own will and in their own interest;
4) that the Consent is granted in respect of the following Personal Data: name, surname, patronym, date and place of birth, address of registration, address of residence, marital, social, property status, tax identification number, education, profession, nationality / citizenship, details of the identity documents, contact information (telephone, fax, e-mail);
5) that the Consent is given to Personal Data processing, which means granting the right to Rye, Man & Gor to take any actions (operations) or a set of actions (operations), with and/or without usage of automated facilities including collection, recording, systematization, accumulation, storage, clarification (update, change), retrieval, usage, transfer (distribution, provision access), depersonalization, blocking, removal, destruction of Personal Data;
6) that the Consent to Personal Data processing is given for the purpose of SPD identification by Rye, Man and Gor, establishing relationships with him/her in connection with the provision to SPD of sccess to the private area of this website and/or to enter into agreements for the provision of services by Rye, Man and Gor.
Consent to Personal Data processing is valid for the duration of the processing and storage of Personal Data in the Rye, Man and Gor.
Personal Data may be transferred Rye, Man & Gor to third parties in order and in cases stipulated by the legislation of the Russian Federation. Provision of SPD’s Personal Data in other cases is possible only with the prior consent of SPD.
The date of granting of this Consent is the date of receipt of Personal Data by Rye, Man and Gor through the website of Rye, Man and Gor. Sending this Consent through the website of Rye, Man & Gor is treated as signing of this Consent by SPD with his/her own hand.
SPD is aware that the transfer of Personal Data through the Internet network can be associated with the risk of illegal access to SPD’s Personal Data by third parties. Rye, Man & Gor will not be responsible for results of such illegal actions of third parties aiming to obtain SPD Personal Data.
